Our Team and Why We Exist
Yusuf and Daniel, the co-founders of Panalyt, a People Analytics startup working with several well-known clients in Asia like Panasonic, Sony and Patagonia, have witnessed a discrepancy in data proficiency among HR professionals in India, South Asia, and Southeast Asia compared to their counterparts in the US and Europe. Moreover, organizations in these regions tend to lag in the adoption of People Analytics practices. Raman has also observed the same data literacy gap in his previous People Analytics roles
To bridge this gap, we present PAx—an initiative focused on empowering HR professionals with data-driven decision-making.
Through PAx, we offer masterclasses conducted by our extensive global network of industry experts, equipping HR professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to make informed people decisions.
Join us in revolutionizing HR practices, fostering data literacy, and unlocking the full potential of People Analytics in these regions. Together, let's shape the future of HR with PAx.
